Important Admission Guidelines for the Upcoming Academic Year

We are pleased to announce the admission process for the upcoming academic year. Please carefully review the following guidelines and ensure that all required documents are submitted at the time of admission.

1. Transfer Certificate Required
For students seeking admission to LKG and above, a Transfer Certificate from the last attended school must be presented at the time of admission.
2. Birth Certificate Submission
A valid Birth Certificate is required for all students applying to the Nursery. The certificate must be issued by the Municipality or Panchayat.
3. Personal Introduction to the Principal
Parents must introduce the child personally to the Principal during the admission process. Parents will be responsible for the child's conduct throughout their time at the school.
4. Age Criteria for Nursery Admission
To be eligible for admission to the Nursery, children must be at least three years old. Additionally, an interaction with both the parents and the child will be conducted before finalizing the admission.
5. Accuracy of Admission Form
Parents/Guardians are required to fill out the admission form accurately. Please note that no changes will be allowed after the form is submitted.

We encourage all prospective parents to follow these guidelines closely and ensure that the necessary documents are ready before applying. We look forward to welcoming new students to our school community!

Recommendations for Parents

We believe that a strong partnership between parents and the school is essential for the development and success of every child. Below are some recommendations to guide you:

1. Active Collaboration with School Authorities
Parents and guardians should review the school diary each evening, ensuring assignments and preparations for the next day are completed. Please also acknowledge any remarks made by the Principal or teachers with a countersignature.
2. Addressing Teacher Concerns
If any concerns arise regarding a teacher, please address them directly with the Principal for a positive and respectful resolution.
3. Meetings with the Principal
Parents are invited to meet with the Principal to discuss their child’s progress. Consultations with teachers can be arranged through the Vice-Principal or Principal.
4. Encourage Punctuality and Neatness
Encourage your children to maintain regular attendance, be punctual, and ensure that their textbooks, notebooks, and personal appearance meet high standards of neatness and cleanliness.
